Students at the Peter O’Connor School celebrated PNG Independence Day (September 16) with colourful traditional dress.

The Senior Pastor of the Unity Foursquare Gospel Church Gerehu, Pastor Steven Tony, has written to the Peter O’Connor Foundation thanking the Foundation for its continued support. “On behalf of the Unity Foursquare Gospel Church and O’Connor Primary School Gerehu team, I heartfully would like to appreciate the O’Connor Foundation management for your continuous support of donor funding keeping the O’Connor Primary School functioning to date,” he wrote. “The School graduated 45 students passing out grade six (6) making its 12th graduation on the 7th of December 2022. The School could have not achieved this milestone without your grateful support.”
